I am very proud to welcome you to St. Bede's Catholic Primary School, part of Bishop Bewick Catholic Education Trust. We are extremely proud of our thriving community, which is made up of an inspiring group of talented and enthusiastic children; dedicated and passionate staff; a supportive and committed local governing committee and an extremely supportive and active parent body.
Our vision that St Bede’s will be ‘a community of faith, love and respect inspiring all to achieve’ is at the heart of all we do. As such, we have high expectations of all stakeholders, ourselves and our children. In order to achieve our vision, we set challenging spiritual, moral, social, cultural and academic targets. Everyone is encouraged to reach their full potential and recognise the contribution they can make to our school, parish and wider community.
